Streaming software and network requirements
Check your streaming software, your connection, and your viewers’ browsers before you go on air.
Streaming software
Section titled “Streaming software”MaxxShow does not ship a streaming tool. You stream from software you already have. Supported:
- OBS Studio 27 or later
- StreamYard
- Restream
- Any RTMP client
In the live manager, pick External streaming software as the source. The page then shows a Server URL and a Stream key. Paste both into OBS, Streamlabs, or whatever you use.

Network
Section titled “Network”Stream at 3000–6000 Kbps and leave headroom on the upload side:

Budget 1.5 to 2 times your bitrate. Size the upload to the bitrate alone and one dip drops frames or cuts the stream.
Viewer browsers

Viewers install nothing.
Use a desktop browser: Chrome, Safari, or Edge.

Section titled “Shopify”You need an Online Store 2.0 theme, which supports app blocks. Two setup checklist steps depend on it: enabling the live streaming component and opening the live streaming pop-up window.
